Because after the icon one, I decided making tutorials was fun. and I don't want to clean.
So, colouring medium blonde hair to pink! (note: I use a different method for colouring hair to different natural colours, and when colouring darker hair, and this probably won't work for either. I'll likely tutorial those later :D) And as I said in my icon-making tutorial, you can find paint.NET here for free download!
Includes: Colouring, Blending In, and Making Sure That if You Up the Saturation In The Iconning Process That It Won't Look Like Crap!

So, everyone who makes icons has a different way of doing it, and this is my way! I use a free program called paint.NET (found here), due to me being too cheap to get a more popular program such as Photoshop or PSP. Paint.NET is a good free alternative, in my opinion.
AS SUCH, I felt like making a tutorial showing how I make my PB icons in this journal here. Includes Cropping, Brightening/Contrasting, Saturating, Glowing, Sharpening, Resizing, AND Saving!
